They expect that BCI will be one step ahead of all others to determine what’s necessary in the future to meet their needs in product, delivery, and cost –all with the right quality.
Most of all, BCI’s Quality System represents a total commitment by our organization to understand what quality truly means, continuous audits (external/internal) to ensure its always present, and to determine the ways to measure its growth. We get it. We use it. And we intend to keep making our ISO 9001:2008 system even better. BCI believes that Continuous Quality Improvement is necessary to sustain mutually rewarding business relationships with our customers on a long-term basis.
